Boarding FAQ
Common Questions
What vaccinations do you require?
Rabies, DHPP (or DAPP), and Bordetella are required for all boarding guests. We recommend Canine Influenza for dogs participating in group socialization. Please send records at least 48 hours before arrival.
Can I bring my dog's own food and bed?
Absolutely. Most owners bring their dog's regular food to maintain consistency. Beds, blankets, and a favorite toy are welcome—though we provide orthopedic bedding if you'd prefer to travel light.
Do you accept intact (unneutered) males and females?
Yes. Our suite-based layout means intact dogs board comfortably and safely. Females in heat are accepted with prior notice and a small handling fee.
What about reactive or anxious dogs?
This is a strength of ours. Our handlers are professional trainers experienced with reactivity and anxiety. We design quieter routines, skip group play, and—if you'd like—work on the underlying behavior during the stay.
How does the training-integrated boarding work?
Medium and Highest suites include extra outings and updates. Daily structured training is available as a one-on-one private exercise add-on ($26 / 15 min or $33 / 20 min). Tell us your goals at intake and we'll work on them during the stay.
What are your drop-off and pickup hours?
Base tier: weekdays 8am–11am and 4pm–6pm; weekends by appointment. Medium and Highest tiers receive priority windows including evening pickups. Transportation can be added for any tier from $65.
Do you charge for the day of pickup?
Pickup before 11am is free. Pickup between 11am–4pm is a half-day rate. Pickup after 4pm is a full additional night. We aim to be fair and flexible—just let us know.
What's your cancellation policy?
Standard cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival. Holiday and peak-season reservations require 14 days notice. A deposit secures all reservations and is refundable per the policy above.
