Long Stays Include a Bath
All boarding stays 2 nights or longer include a mandatory bath. Stays of 4 nights or more are automatically scheduled so your dog goes home clean — timing matched to your pickup window:
- AM pickup → grooming the day before checkout (PM)
- PM pickup → grooming the day of checkout (AM)

Do I need vaccinations on file?
Yes — Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella records before the visit. If you've stayed with us before, we already have them.
How long does a Full Spa take?
About 90 minutes depending on coat, with a quiet rest after.
My dog is boarding — does that include grooming?
Stays of 2+ nights require a bath; stays of 4+ nights are auto-scheduled (day before pickup for AM checkouts, day of pickup AM for PM checkouts). You can add accessories at any time.
